As a global company, we're closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. Firstly, we wish all of you are healthy and safe. We would like to inform you that we have limited our operations in our workplaces and disinfect all of our warehouses with the proper devices and disinfectant that WHO (World Health Organization) suggested. When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days after your purchase and you will receive it in 2-4 business days.
How can I track my order?
We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order from dispached website.
What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

What happens if my order came damaged?
Unfortunately, these kind of things are happening occasionally, but don’t worry we can send a replacement or according to damage and if you accept we can give you a partial refund.
I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock.
We are trying to keep our products stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens just wait a couple of days or contact us via hello@morfose.com so we can fasten the things up.
Does Morfose test on animals?
We are happy to confirm that the Morfose group of companies has carried out no animal testing since 1981 on the entire range of its products.
Are Morfose products hypo-allergenic?
