    Shipping Details When will I receive my order?

    Once payment is received all items take 2-4 business days to package and be ready for delivery. Orders to the U.S.A.: Items are shipped via FedEx with tracking and will arrive in 1-3 business days. If you need something sooner please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    Orders to INTERNATIONAL countries: Right now we're not accepting international orders. We're working on it.

    Orders to EAST ASIAN COUNTRIES: Right now we're not accepting international orders. We're working on it.

    If you need something sooner, please contact us and we can arrange this for an additional fee. Once your package has been shipped we will notify you via email right away.

    NOTE: We do not pay any duties, custom fees, or any other associated fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. For customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing please check with your local post office or on the web. Every country varies.

    When will I receive my order?

    Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days after your purchase and you will receive it in 2-4 business days.

    We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order from dispached website.

    What happens if my order came damaged?

    Unfortunately, these kind of things are happening occasionally, but don’t worry we can send a replacement or according to damage and if you accept we can give you a partial refund.

    I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock.

    We are trying to keep our products stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens just wait a couple of days or contact us via hello@morfose.com so we can fasten the things up.

    Does Morfose test on animals?

    We are happy to confirm that the Morfose group of companies has carried out no animal testing since 1981 on the entire range of its products.

    Are Morfose products hypo-allergenic?

    Morfose does not test for or claim that our products are hypoallergenic. If you have a specific allergy, please check product detail page carefully or you can write us hello@morfose.com
