Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no hidden handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2-4 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after dispatch. U.S. orders ship via UPS or USPS with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. We are not accepting international orders at this time.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If you have not received it within 4 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@themorfose.com and we will look into it right away.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once the address is corrected; return-to-sender fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will resolve it.
