About this collection
Two shampoos for build-up, and they work differently.
Charcoal Detox (33.81 fl oz) is sulfate-free — sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate with coco-glucoside and carbon black. This is the one for a regularly oily scalp or heavy styling product use.
Metamorfose Pure Detox (13.5 fl oz, $16) works with salicylic acid plus hyaluronic acid and chondrus crispus. It does contain sodium laureth sulfate, so it is the stronger clean of the two.
Neither is a daily shampoo. Once a week is usually enough, and follow with a mask — a clarifying wash strips conditioning along with the build-up.
