Are You One of Our Winners?
Conditioners and masks.
Three different jobs, not three names for one.
A rinse-out conditioner closes the cuticle after washing. A mask is a weekly treatment that sits longer and does the repair. A leave-in stays on and keeps working until the next wash. Most routines need two of the three, and the choice depends on what your hair is short of.

A rich leave-in butter cream for very dry hair, built on hydrolysed milk protein and hydrolysed keratin with coconut and olive-derived emollients. It sits somewhere between a leave-in conditioner and a mask: heavier than a spray, but it stays in.
Who it's for: coarse, thick, curly or badly bleached hair that drinks anything you put on it — the hair that still feels dry an hour after conditioner.
How to use: a small amount on damp hair, from the ears down, scrunched or combed through. Do not rinse. Fine hair should use very little and stay well away from the roots; this formula has weight.
What you'll notice: softness that lasts into the next day, curls that clump instead of frizzing, and ends that stop looking papery.
The richest leave-in option in the Milk Therapy range; the spray is the lighter one.

A two-phase leave-in conditioner spray with hydrolysed collagen. The two layers do different jobs: the water phase rehydrates and detangles on contact, the oil phase seals that moisture in and shields the hair while you dry and style. Collagen strengthens the strand itself, so breakage drops rather than just being hidden.
Who it's for: dry, damaged or chemically treated hair that tangles after every wash, and fine hair that needs conditioning without weight.
How to use: shake well — the two phases separate on purpose and you need both. Spray onto damp, towel-dried hair, comb through, then dry as usual. No rinsing.
What you'll notice: the comb moves without catching, and the ends stay smooth instead of roughening up by the end of the day.

Keratin is the protein hair is actually built from, which is why this leave-in conditioner spray is the one to reach for when hair has been over-processed. The two-phase formula detangles on contact and leaves a light protective layer that takes the heat before your hair does.
Who it's for: bleached, coloured or heat-styled hair that snaps when you comb it. If your hair stretches and breaks rather than springing back, this is the protein it is missing.
How to use: shake, spray onto damp hair from mid-lengths to ends, comb through, then blow-dry or straighten. The lightweight formula will not weigh hair down, so you can use it every wash.
What you'll notice: less breakage on the brush, and lengths that stay smooth through a full day of styling.

Fine hair has a conditioning problem: most repair masks fix the damage and flatten the hair in the same step. This collagen hair mask is built the other way round. Natural collagen restores elasticity so strands hold their shape instead of collapsing, and the vitamins repair the surface damage that makes fine hair look dull.
Who it's for: fine, flat or limp hair that is also dry or brittle — hair that needs conditioning but loses all its body the moment it gets any.
How to use: after shampooing, work through towel-dried mid-lengths and ends, leave for three to five minutes, rinse well. Keep it off the roots; that is where fine hair goes flat. Once or twice a week is enough.
What you'll notice: softer, smoother lengths that comb through easily, with visible shine — and hair that still moves.
A creamy leave-in conditioner rather than a spray, for hair that needs more than a light mist can give. The milk texture carries more conditioning agents per application, which is what coarse, curly and very dry hair actually needs to stay soft between washes.
Who it's for: thick, coarse, curly or very dry hair. If lightweight sprays disappear on your hair without changing anything, this is the step up.
How to use: smooth a small amount through damp mid-lengths and ends, then air-dry or style. Start with less than you think and add more — it is richer than a spray and does not rinse out.
What you'll notice: curls that clump and define instead of frizzing, and lengths that stay soft to the touch for days.
A toning mask that conditions and neutralises brass in the same step. It carries the same violet pigments as the purple shampoo (CI 60730, CI 42090) in a richer base, so bleached hair gets the moisture it needs while the warmth comes out.
Who it's for: blonde, highlighted or grey hair that is dry as well as brassy — which is most bleached hair, since lifting colour is what strips it in the first place.
How to use: on clean, towel-dried hair, work it through the mid-lengths and ends and leave for three to five minutes. Wear gloves if you would rather not tint your hands. Rinse with cool water.
What you'll notice: cooler tone plus real softness, and noticeably less tangling. Once a week is enough for most people; more often than that can build a violet cast on very porous hair.
Fine hair has a real problem with protein care: most strengthening formulas are heavy enough to flatten it. Quinoa protein and hemp oil solve that. Quinoa is a complete protein small enough to reinforce the strand from inside rather than coat it, and hemp oil conditions without the weight of heavier plant oils.
Who it's for: fine, limp hair that goes flat within hours but still needs genuine conditioning and detangling.
How to use: shake the bottle, spray onto damp hair, comb through and style. This leave-in conditioner spray is not rinsed out.
What you'll notice: hair that combs out easily and keeps its volume — conditioned, not weighed down.
Morfose Metamorfose Pure Detox Hair Mask is a salon-grade hair mask for oily hair and scalp. It treats while salicylic acid and hyaluronic acid work on the strand itself.
Why it works
- Concentrated On Purpose. A weekly deep treatment for oily hair and scalp. The 2.5 Fl. Oz. tube is small because a walnut-sized amount once or twice a week is the dose — five minutes of salicylic acid and hyaluronic acid does what two minutes of conditioner cannot.
- Clarifies Without Stripping. Five minutes on the scalp lets salicylic acid work down into the follicle while hyaluronic acid hydrates the lengths — the two halves of the same problem, in one treatment.
- Made For Oily Roots. Built for roots that go greasy a day after washing, often with dry ends. Longer contact lets salicylic acid and hyaluronic acid diffuse past the surface — that is the whole difference between a mask and a conditioner.
- The Weekly Deep Step. Metamorfose Pure Detox is a 3-step range and this is the once-or-twice-a-week treatment. The same actives run through all 3, so nothing you use undoes the step before. Pair it with shampoo and two-phase conditioner.
Who it is for
Roots that go greasy a day after washing, often with dry ends. All hair types, women and men.
How to use
On washed, towel-dried hair apply a walnut-sized amount to the lengths. Leave five minutes, rinse.

Morfose Metamorfose Glossy Touch Hair Mask is a salon-grade hair mask for dull, weak, brittle hair. It treats while ceramide 3 and glycolic acid work on the strand itself.
Why it works
- Concentrated On Purpose. A weekly deep treatment for dull, weak, brittle hair. The 2.5 Fl. Oz. tube is small because a walnut-sized amount once or twice a week is the dose — five minutes of ceramide 3 and glycolic acid does what two minutes of conditioner cannot.
- Gloss That Holds Through Washes. Ceramide 3 needs minutes to settle between the cuticle scales rather than sit on top of them. Longer contact is why the shine lasts several washes instead of one.
- Made For Hair That Lost Its Shine. Built for dull, brittle hair that has stopped catching the light. Longer contact lets ceramide 3 and glycolic acid diffuse past the surface — that is the whole difference between a mask and a conditioner.
- The Weekly Deep Step. Metamorfose Glossy Touch is a 4-step range and this is the once-or-twice-a-week treatment. The same actives run through all 4, so nothing you use undoes the step before. Pair it with shampoo, conditioner and two-phase conditioner.
Who it is for
Dull, brittle hair that has stopped catching the light. All hair types, women and men.
How to use
On washed, towel-dried hair apply a walnut-sized amount to the lengths. Leave five minutes, rinse.

Morfose Metamorfose Moist Boost Hair Mask is a salon-grade hair mask for dry, lifeless hair. It treats while hyaluronic acid and collagen work on the strand itself.
Why it works
- Concentrated On Purpose. A weekly deep treatment for dry, lifeless hair. The 2.5 Fl. Oz. tube is small because a walnut-sized amount once or twice a week is the dose — five minutes of hyaluronic acid and collagen does what two minutes of conditioner cannot.
- Hydration That Lasts Days. Five minutes gives the smaller hyaluronic acid molecules time to get past the cuticle, where surface hydration cannot reach, and hydrolysed collagen fills the gaps it escapes through.
- Made For Hair That Won'T Hold Water. Built for dry, dehydrated hair that drinks water and goes flat again within the hour. Longer contact lets hyaluronic acid and collagen diffuse past the surface — that is the whole difference between a mask and a conditioner.
- The Weekly Deep Step. Metamorfose Moist Boost is a 4-step range and this is the once-or-twice-a-week treatment. The same actives run through all 4, so nothing you use undoes the step before. Pair it with shampoo, conditioner and two-phase conditioner.
Who it is for
Dry, dehydrated hair that drinks water and goes flat again within the hour. All hair types, women and men.
How to use
On washed, towel-dried hair apply a walnut-sized amount to the lengths. Leave five minutes, rinse.
Ingredients
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Stearyl Alcohol, Distearoylethyl Dimonium Chloride, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Sodium Hyaluronate, Chondrus Crispus Extract, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate, Hyaluronic Acid, Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Potassium Hyaluronate, Glucose, Caprylyl Glycol, Butylene Glycol, Acetic Acid, Polyquaternium-37, Silicone Quaternium-17, Laureth-4, Laureth-23, Ppg-1 Trideceth-6, 1,2-Hexanediol, Bis-(ısostearoyl/Oleoyl ısopropyl) Dimonium Methosulfate, Propylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Xanthan Gum, Cetrimonium Chloride, Phenyl Trimethicone, Triethanolamine, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Magnesium Nitrate, Magnesium Chloride, Parfum, Citronellol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool, Tetramethyl Acetyloctahydronaphthalenes
Vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free. Size 2.5 Fl. Oz. (). Made by Morfose.
Morfose Metamorfose Bond Care Hair Mask is a salon-grade hair mask for damaged, breaking hair. It treats while hydrolysed keratin and amla work on the strand itself.
Why it works
- Concentrated On Purpose. A weekly deep treatment for damaged, breaking hair. The 2.5 Fl. Oz. tube is small because a walnut-sized amount once or twice a week is the dose — five minutes of hydrolysed keratin and amla does what two minutes of conditioner cannot.
- Five Minutes Inside The Strand. Hydrolysed keratin has to diffuse into the cortex to rebuild anything, and diffusion takes minutes. A conditioner is rinsed before it gets there — a deep mask is not.
- Made For Hair That Breaks. Built for bleached, heat-styled or over-brushed hair that snaps mid-length. Longer contact lets hydrolysed keratin and amla diffuse past the surface — that is the whole difference between a mask and a conditioner.
- The Weekly Deep Step. Metamorfose Bond Care is a 5-step range and this is the once-or-twice-a-week treatment. The same actives run through all 5, so nothing you use undoes the step before. Pair it with shampoo, conditioner, two-phase conditioner and hair serum.
Who it is for
Bleached, heat-styled or over-brushed hair that snaps mid-length. All hair types, women and men.
How to use
On washed, towel-dried hair apply a walnut-sized amount to the lengths. Leave five minutes, rinse.

Morfose Metamorfose Glossy Touch Hair Conditioner is a salon-grade hair conditioner for dull, weak, brittle hair. It conditions while ceramide 3 and glycolic acid work on the strand itself.
Why it works
- Detangles On Contact. The everyday step after the shampoo for dull, weak, brittle hair. Wet hair combs through instead of knotting, and knotting is where most breakage starts.
- Lays The Cuticle Flat. Ceramides are the lipid mortar between cuticle scales. Replacing them is what makes the scales lie down instead of standing up — and a flat surface is what reflects light.
- Made For Hair That Lost Its Shine. Built for dull, brittle hair that has stopped catching the light. Two minutes is enough — it rinses clean, so softness stays and residue does not.
- The Everyday Second Step. Metamorfose Glossy Touch is a 4-step range and this is the conditioner you use every wash. The same actives run through all 4, so nothing you use undoes the step before. Pair it with shampoo, hair mask and two-phase conditioner.
Who it is for
Dull, brittle hair that has stopped catching the light. All hair types, women and men.

Morfose Metamorfose Moist Boost Hair Conditioner is a salon-grade hair conditioner for dry, lifeless hair. It conditions while hyaluronic acid and collagen work on the strand itself.
Why it works
- Detangles On Contact. The everyday step after the shampoo for dry, lifeless hair. Wet hair combs through instead of knotting, and knotting is where most breakage starts.
- Locks The Water In. Washing opens the cuticle and an open cuticle loses water fastest. The larger hyaluronic acid molecules close that surface again so hydration lasts past the shower door.
- Made For Hair That Won'T Hold Water. Built for dry, dehydrated hair that drinks water and goes flat again within the hour. Two minutes is enough — it rinses clean, so softness stays and residue does not.
- The Everyday Second Step. Metamorfose Moist Boost is a 4-step range and this is the conditioner you use every wash. The same actives run through all 4, so nothing you use undoes the step before. Pair it with shampoo, hair mask and two-phase conditioner.

Find your hair, then your step
Ranges are matched: each mask has a leave-in built on the same base, so the two steps build on each other.
| If your hair… | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Dry, brittle, snapping at the ends | Milk Therapy Mask$34.95 · weekly | The milk protein range. Start here if hair has gone dry and lost the way it used to feel. |
| Dry, and you want it to keep working | Milk Therapy Leave-In$32.95 · every wash | Same base as the mask, nothing to rinse. Mid-length to ends on damp hair. |
| Very dry, coarse, frizzing at the ends | Milk Therapy Hair Butter$24.95 | Richer than the mask, with keratin and argan oil in the base. For hair that a normal conditioner does not satisfy. |
| Bleached or chemically treated | Keratin Mask$30.95 · weekly | Damage is missing structure, and keratin is the protein that structure is made of. |
| Fine and flat, needs body not weight | Collagen Mask$34.95 | Collagen for hair that is fine rather than damaged — it needs volume, not repair. |
| Thinning, fragile, breaking | Biotin Mask$34.95 | Biotin with vitamin E. The counterpart to the biotin shampoo. |
| Coarse, frizzy, drinks oil | Argan Mask$34.95 | Argan oil for hair that still looks thirsty an hour after conditioning. |
| Blonde or grey going brassy | Purple Mask$39.95 | Violet pigment in a mask base. Use in place of your normal mask once or twice a week, not every time. |
| Scalp feels congested, hair goes flat fast | Supreme Scalp Detox Mask$16.95 | Salicylic acid with biotin, collagen, panthenol, aloe and nettle. This one is for the scalp, not the lengths. |
| You want to try a range before committing | Metamorfose Bond Care Mask$12.00 · 2.5 fl oz | The small Metamorfose sizes are the cheapest way into a range. Bond Care is the keratin-based one. |
Which one do you actually need?
Conditioner — every wash
Rinse-out, one to two minutes. Closes the cuticle so hair combs and dries smoother. Mid-length to ends; on the roots it flattens fine hair.
Mask — once or twice a week
Longer contact, richer base. This is the step that does the repair; using it every wash will not speed anything up and can leave hair limp.
Leave-in — every wash, no rinse
On damp hair after towel drying. Protects through drying and styling and keeps working until the next wash.
Not quite what you needed?
About this collection
Conditioning splits into two jobs, and this collection covers both. Rinse-out masks — Milk Therapy, keratin, argan, biotin, collagen, quinoa and hemp — sit on the hair for a few minutes and do the deep repair work. Two-phase leave-in conditioners are sprayed on damp hair and stay there, detangling as you comb and shielding the lengths through blow-drying and straightening.
If hair snaps when you comb it, start with a mask once or twice a week. If it tangles, frizzes or meets heat daily, the leave-in matters more. Most damaged hair needs both: the mask rebuilds, the leave-in protects what the mask repaired. Match the active to the problem — keratin for over-processed hair, argan for dryness, biotin for fine strands, silver for brassy blonde and grey.
Frequently asked questions
What makes a good hair conditioner?
Three things: it detangles without you fighting the comb, it leaves hair soft when dry rather than only when wet, and it matches your hair's actual need. Damaged hair wants protein, dry hair wants oils and humectants, fine hair wants the lightest formula that still detangles.
Where should I apply conditioner?
From the ears down. The ends are the oldest part of your hair and need the most help; the scalp already produces its own oil. Conditioner applied at the roots is the single most common reason hair goes flat by lunchtime.
Do I need both a conditioner and a mask?
Yes, if your hair is dry, coloured or heat-styled. Conditioner is the every-wash step. A mask is the weekly deeper treatment. They are not interchangeable — using only a mask leaves hair over-conditioned and using only a conditioner never gets ahead of the damage.
How long should I leave conditioner on?
One to three minutes is enough for a rinse-out conditioner; that is how long the cuticle takes to close. Leaving it longer does very little. If you want more, you want a mask, not more time.
