I only need a very small amount of this with my fine hair or otherwise it looks oily. I love the convenience of sprays like this but I have to be really careful not to overuse it. The bottle is bigger than what I was expecting from the pictures, so between that and the small amount needed, this bottle will last me a very long time.
I have long hair that gets highlighted regularly, so it does need some TLC. It gets dry and frizzy, especially towards the ends. The instructions say to apply to roots and strands on damp and clean hair. It says you should massage it in to ensure absorption and to get maximum results. You can leave it in as little as 30 minutes, but all day gives you the best benefit. The first time I used the oil, I spray directly on my damp hair after a shower. Once my hair was dry (I air dry my hair), I noticed my hair was super oily and looked unwashed. I wore it up that day until I could wash it again that night. The second time I used the oil, I noticed that although it is a pump spray, it sprays more like a single stream rather than like a shower effect where it would go all over. So, I sprayed in my hand and rubbed it into my hair. I only put it on the ends of my hair where the most damage has occurred. It did help the ends not look less frizzy. I will only be able to use the product from roots to end as directed for maximum results if I am home all day and not going anywhere due to how oily my hair looks afterwards. But the oil definitely makes a difference.
The spray on this is genius it dispenses properly every time. This is very fragrant that tells me the ingredients are the real deal! I could smell this on my hair for days. I used this on a blonde wig that needed some tlc and the color of the oil didn't stain or alter the color. It helped my issue of flyaways, tangles, it works beautifully on my natural hair. The ingredients will strengthen and grow you hair. As someone who makes all of my own hair growth products besides the ones I acquired through vine, I would recommend to others and buy this as staple to mix into my own blends
The product seems like it works ok. I have long thin hair and it did not weigh it down. I only put it on my ends though. Nothing too impressive and absolutely not worth $30 in my opinion. What ruins it for me is the smell. It smelled like a gas station bathroom to me. I know scent is so subjective so others might like it, but this product was not for me.
I don't see this helping with growth when I only want to use on my ends because of it feeling greasy, but using that way helps with frizz and helps ends look healthy!
This is a great quality hair oil that makes my hair very soft and easy to brush. It helps with tangles flyaways and overall appearance of healthy shiny hair. Unlike putting regular oil on your hair this somehow doesn't make it greasy or oily in anyway if done properly. A little goes a long way and it should last me a good while.
This hair oil smells good, though somewhat strong, and is effective. I have long, thin, fine hair and I rubbed a small amount from the roots to tips and left it in 30 min before my shower, I washed it out with the water only method while wearing some cotton gloves and air dried. My hair looked fantastic, soft and shiny. This is a huge bottle, and the way I use it, it will last me a long time. I was surprised it all washed out of my hair just using my usual cotton gloves and water, I don't like to use any sudsing products. I wish it didn't have parfum and linalool in the ingredients so I would not purchase this again for that reason, as the second time I used it I left it in too long and I believe it caused some skin irritation on my face as I am quite sensitive to allergenic products. Great for less sensitive individuals.
This oil does not smell the best but I think that's because it's all natural. It smells a lot like olive oil which it has in it. I put it in my damp hair and on my scalp and let it sit. My hair feels stronger and looks shinier. I am also noticing less breakage when I brush!
It's a good mixture, easy to apply with the spray bottle. I know oils generally have a smell and they normally go away after washing, this one has a distinct smell as well, not terrible but I didn't like it, and it lingered after washing my hair so I would probably wash twice just to get all the product and smell out. It does moisturize the hair well, the product is as good as how often you use it so I will give it another go and learn to accept the smell.
I have long, dry, curly hair. This oil suggests to apply from root to tip on damp hair and massage into the strands. I did this and my hair looked like I hadn't washed it in months it was so greasy and oily. If you do the root to tip method, I'd use it more as a treatment mask for at home when you don't have to leave the house. The next time I used it, I used sparingly by rubbing it in my hands and running my fingers lightly through my hair to distribute it in small amounts. This worked MUCH better. The oil does have a scent and lasts a long time- I could smell it when I went to bed! It does hydrate the hair nicely- my hair absolutely feels softer and is shinier and less dull looking.
This hair oil has a very strong fragrance that lingers for quite some time. When applied to hair it gives hair a noticeable vibrancy and sheen. Not a lot is required. Just one or two sprays on the palm, and then apply on hair after hair has been washed. It does contain turpentine: this just feels like something worth mentioning as I've never encountered this in hair products before. Anyway, I don't use this daily, a few times a week, and it works.
I love this but here is a few comments. This suff is strong and if you use too much you will look greasy. It's super moisturizing and smells nice. A little goes a long way. I find it sprays in a stream and not a mist. I just spray into my hands and work it in.
The oil seems great, scent is good also. But, it was just little too oily for me. After using for a week, my hair looks and feels healthier with a glow also. Just little too oily, still might use it occasionally.
The oil had a very fragrant scent that lasted for a few hours and I was able to very faintly smell it after a day. I made the mistake of spraying the oil directly into my hair and it made my hair greasy. I think next time I would add a few drops into my palm and warm it before applying it to my hair. The hair oil left my hair feeling soft and smooth.
This one is my favorite because when I spray it on my hair it gives a beautiful shine without being greasy! I especially like it on curly hair to add shine to the curls and it doesn't weight them down at All! Also smells great!. I would definitely buy this in the future!
